About David
With 40 years of experience as a criminal trial lawyer, David Valentini has worked hard to earn the reputation as one of Minnesota’s top defense attorneys. David has the unique perspective that comes from the ten years he spent with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office before entering private practice. Since starting his own firm, David has successfully defended thousands of people accused of serious crimes, especially DUI/DWI and drug related offenses.
David has been repeatedly named Super Lawyer and Top 40 Criminal Defense Lawyer in Minnesota Law & Politics and Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine and was voted one of Minnesota’s Best Lawyers in Minnesota Monthly.
David is an active member of the Minnesota Society for Criminal Justice (former president), Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National College of DUI Defense, and Minnesota Association for Justice.
Paralegals
Kori Lee has nearly 20 years of legal experience and began working at Valentini Law, P.A. in 2003. Kori has a B.A. in Sociology- Law, Criminology and Deviance from the University of Minnesota and an A.A.S. Paralegal Degree from Minnesota School of Business.
Deb Unger joined Valentini Law, P.A. in 2000. She has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota in Duluth and paralegal certification from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute. Deb is a paralegal member of the Minnesota Association for Justice.
