 Community InvolvementSmile Network InternationalSmile Network International is a non-profit, Minnesota-based humanitarian organization that provides life-altering reconstructive surgeries and related healthcare services to impoverished children and young adults in developing countries. David and his wife, Kim Valentini, co-founded Smile Network International in 2003. Since that time, Smile Network International’s volunteers have changed hundreds of young lives by repairing birth defects including cleft lips, cleft palates and other conditions requiring surgical care such as burns, tumors or genetic defects.
