David L. Valentini

 

David Valentini has 27 years of experience as a criminal trial lawyer handling cases from both a prosecutorial and defense standpoint. David spent ten years with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office in the criminal division. Since entering private practice, David has been aggressively defending people accused of serious and complex crimes, especially alcohol and drug related offenses. He has appeared before both state and federal trial and appellate courts. David is an active member of the Minnesota Society for Criminal Justice (former president), Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (life member), MSBA, HCBA and Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association. David was named Super Lawyer in Minnesota Law & Politics and Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine.
